Scheduling

We are available five days a week. Office hours are: Monday 8-12; Tuesday - Thursday 8- 5; and Friday 7-12. Appointments are schedule in advance and by appointment only. Every effort is made to schedule you initial visit as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 60 – 90 minutes for the initial visit. If you are expericing pain or have an emergency, let us know and every attempt will be made to see you that day.

To facilitate your initial visit, we would like to request the following information:

• Nature of your problem and why you are seeking care;
• Make a list of all medications you are currently taking;
• Provide us information about your dental insurance plan;
• Notify us of any special medical condition requiring pre-medication with antibiotics -- artificial heart valves or joints, heart murmurs or mitral valve prolapse, and rheumatric heart disease;
• Inform us if any recent dental x-rays which may have been taken by your dentist.

Please Note: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment.
