Meet Our Staff

Shannon

Shannon has been with our practice since 1993. Over the years she has developed into a excellent surgical assistant. Shannon has extensive knowledge in general dentistry also. Her career in dentistry began in 1985. In addition to be a treatment provider, she is a patient of Dr. Orths. Her expertise lies in communication and her compassionate ability to assist patients comfortably through their course of treatment. Shannon resides in Murphy with her husband, David and puppy dog, Sophie. She enjoys reading, movies, and caring for her family.

Angie 

Angie has worked the front desk at Dr. Orth’s office since 2008. She will not only help you in scheduling your appointments she also helps patients with their insurance and financial needs. She loves helping people and has enjoyed being in dentistry for 20 years. She has a wide range of experience in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and now periodontics. She lives in Wylie with her husband James and her two children, Logan Lainey. She loves spending time with her family & friends.    

Carree 

Carree has been in the specialized fields of dentistry since 1998 and has worked in Dr. Orth’s practice since 2014. She is an administrative assistant and skilled hygiene coordinator as well as a licensed registered dental assistant. Her passion and knowledge of dentistry shows in her daily conversations with patients by helping them feel more comfortable and informed of their procedures. When Carree is not at work she spends her time with her son, Rylee, and her English bulldog and cat. She is an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Courtney 

Courtney is a surgical assistant. She started her career in dentistry in 2016 assisting in cosmetic dentistry and brings these skills to periodontics. She loves interacting with people and meeting their needs as an assistant. Courtney is a Wylie native, she enjoys lake activities with her friends and family in her spare time.

Brenda

Brenda is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of experience. She grew  up in Tyler, Texas and graduated from Tyler Junior college where she received her degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene. Brenda is dedicated to providing the best care to her patients and focuses on a preventative approach. Brenda enjoys gardening, as well as spending time with her husband and daughter, Laura.
